I can't say enough how much I love everything about Lauren's workouts! The music is so pleasant, the exercises can be modified up or down. Beautiful barre workout! Gentle, with options for "you to do you, " as always. You can easily make this into more cardio by increasing weights and repetition. Love the reminders, Lauren. It keeps my tummy in, my bum engaged, shoulders down, etc. and a smile on my face...most of the time! It's great of have a variety and intensity of workouts. Thank you!!

Hi Lauren. I have done this one before. It is my favorite. It is just as sweaty as before if not more so. I was watching the new Barre from last week and was happy this one linked at the end as I had been looking forward to it. I always start challenges with other trainers and end up coming back to you. I love that you arent yelling to use heavy weights and get more stretching on my own etc.

I completely appreciate her warm ups and cool downs. So many routines out there skip those and they are both so vital at any age but especially at my age! I LOVE all the videos and look forward to exercising everyday! Thank you!!!

This really was a tough routine Lauren. Thank you. I had to change the weight size several times throughout the routines😅😅 The cool down stretch at the end was so good. Loved the ballet bits. I will be doing this workout for a while.💪Have really felt this one. 🎉🏋

I just purchased the You Do You I will be taking it to my monthly music program at the neuro rehab center where I am volunteer. I think it is a great way to encourage participants to engage in the activity whatever way they can!
