Let's have fun with this easy to follow 20 minute walking workout! During this workout I walked just over 1 mile and 1800 steps! All moves are low impact, osteoporosis friendly, and knee friendly, no jumping!
This quick workout is a great way to increase your heart rate and lower your blood sugar. It's the perfect after dinner walk or just when you need a little energy boost.
Exercises are set to a 60 second timer with 20 seconds between each move to walk in place and preview the next exercise. I hope you love this workout and most importantly, have FUN!

Sometimes I get stuck in the mindset that 20 minutes isn't enough of a workout but this reminded me that any amount of movement is great and just having fun and lifting your spirits is wonderful no matter how long you workout for! Not every workout has to be super intense or long that's why I love your channel, there is such a nice mix of styles and lengths so thank you 😊

I love your channel. It is one of my top 3 favorite workout channels on this site. Love your quiet personality, your content and the simple, eye-soothing set (props to your husband). You're like the Cottage Fairy version of fitness KZbin channels. 🙂I've been working out on and off at home for a few years now and I've been looking for the right instructor to follow along. The loud Amazon woman, warrior type coach with their quick, explosive,hard-to-follow movements don't work for my personality. I prefer my workout to be as calming, meditative as a workout can be and your channel does that. I'm not a senior, by the way; just a quiet, introverted, sensitive soul.

I’m travelling today so thought I would try this workout as it’s shorter . Very effective 20 mins. I followed it with a 10 min ab workout and feel set for the day . Really enjoyed it and happy not to miss a day . I am 70 and really enjoy your variety of classes . Something for every mood . Thanks so much 👏

This was a great one Lauren! I have a lot of health issues with chronic fatigue and have to vary my workout depending on how I'm doing that day! I loved this one for a day that I'm in recovery mode but still want to move. Thank you so much for your help

Lauren, I would say you have the advantage with clocking up the miles with your height and long legs. I have short legs and short height !! Great workout, thank you❤️

This was the workout that I did not know that I needed this morning! I didn’t sleep very well, but I wanted to move and this was just perfect for me because I could set my own pace, but I still moved! Giving you a high-fives all the way from Maryland my dear🎉❤🎉

Thank you for another great workout video. I enjoy them so much. This was a perfect workout for today when I wasn’t feeling a 100% and my brain didn’t seem to get the arms moving the right way. I noticed a benefit your workouts have had on my mental health also

Thank you for always having great workouts! I would love to workout to more with the exercise ball or small ball. You always have an amazing workouts. I thank you for letting us know when to breathe and what we need to hold in or let go. It is nice to have the variety of exercises within your workouts, ie cardio and weights, targeted workouts too!
