Fooled by the name! I thought 16kg for upper and lower. I scraped the 1st round. Dropped to 14kg and only managed about 3 more exercises before dropping to 12kg. I think I should start on 12kg next time! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🥵🥵🥵🥵
