A combination of acupressure massage, body tapping and gentle stretching can help to release tension and blockages from the chest & upper back, stimulate the lung meridian and encouraging blood flow to the lungs. These breathing exercises are good if you want to improve efficiency of the lungs by making them stronger. Practice it daily to get the most benefits.

I love your lungs exercises Kseny. Please make a special one for those who have just come home from hospital and are recovering from pneumonia and the pneumonia scars in the lungs caused by severe covid. Hospitals are just sending patients home and just telling them to do breathing exercises, but do not show them how exactly. I think your Qigong breathing exercises and exercises for the lungs will help these patients heal to full recovery at home.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that. I have had Covid myself and was doing breathing exercises religiously 3-5 times a day. Thankyou 🙏🏻 Kseny. This is Joy. I love that you do the sessions in a beautiful natural environment outside with the trees and lovely birdsong. The lovely old church building and the bell 🔔 chime. All this added to my enjoyment of doing the breathing. Recovering from Covid I am very happy to find you on KZbin. I like that there are subtitles for the spoken word and your easy cheerful way of presenting made me feel encouraged to try your techniques. dear Kseny - glad this vid came up again. i got sick and fell out of practicing and then got pneumonia - still stuck with it i start to cough loosening when i am doing this.

Thanks so much Kseny. This helped me a lot .I am on day 6 with covid & still have a lot of mucous,in my nose & chest ,so coughing of course.I do qigong exercises every day & find them very good for all sorts of problems. All my respect for you, that you do new exercises regularly. I appreciate it very much

My daughter is making me do this twice a day as we have COVID. It makes me cough and tired, but I'm sleeping well so I think it's helping.

Hi Kathleen, i’m sorry to hear that you have covid. Generally you should never feel tired doing Qigong, if I were you I would prioritise rest and sleep first and practice this routine sitting down. Get well soon!

0:06 Looked and found no donkey :) Well done, Kseny... I have just watched this one and after that something I've just purchased from Lee Holden about better breathing... he does some of the exercises here, such as the tapping ("unblock qi")... Thanks so much again :)

It helps to breathe easier and loosen my mucus!!! I just need to start a daily workout routine to get in better shape so i can be more active without loosing my breath and hopefully get off my inhalers.

Hi 👋 I have fibromyalgia and my hypnotherapist recommend Qigong to me a few weeks ago. I’ve been practicing Yoga for a few years and before that Pilates and I’m trained in classical ballet. I just love how Qigong makes me feel. It’s fluidity, strength and connection to energy is very powerful. Your positivity and delivery is so sunny & bright. You make me smile every day I practice with you. Thank you. I’m so excited to be on this new journey and really hope it helps with my chronic pain. One question - can you recommend some good books for me to read to understand more about Qigong please? Sending best wishes 😘
