This guy is amazing and his methods are very effective. Yesterday, I could hardly move; however, after watching my first video learning the Frog, the crane, the tiger and the heavens, I woke up today feeling less pain and more mobility. Thank you so much for sharing with us. ❤🧡💛

Hub was very small, young, and in the Shaolin temple at a very young age. Each person was given a different type of Kung Fu. His was the tiger. He has the tiger brand, which now looks like a bear lying on it's back.
