I’m a surfer recovering from a hip resurfacing. My eyes are always scanning and searching down the line which means my head is never still whilst my body adapts to every movement in the wave and every shift in the balance point. These exercises and tips have been helpful.

Can you do this with Pilates type exercises that works balance and muscle on one side of the body then the other?
