বা মই বহুত শকত হৈ গৈছো যদিও ব্যাম কৰিবলৈ এলাহ।মোৰ মই তোমাৰ কথা কৈ আছিল।মাই আকৌ আপোনাৰ প্ৰতিতো কথাই মানি চলে। মই কিন্ত্ত আজি ব্যাম কৰিলো দেই।আপুনি বহুত সহজ ব্যায়াম দিছে। কৰিম কৰিম ৬দিনেই কৰিম ব্যায়াম।আপোনৰ চেনেলটো বহুত ভাল লাগিল।অসমীয়া ইউটিউৱ জগতত এনেকুৱা এটা চেনেলৰ বহুত প্ৰয়োজন আছিল।

Doing plank for more then 1 min is really good.. Reducing belly fat is a combination of diet and exercise both ,will make a video on that soon.exercise like crunch reverse curl oblique cycling will help ,even plank too will help you.
