I cannot tell you the difference your workouts have made for me. After one of your strength and mobility workouts yesterday I knew today needed to be a stretch day and I was so excited to see this one pop up this morning. It is exactly what I needed! I love everything about your workouts; the pacing, the variety, the explanations…Having committed to moving my body at least 30 minutes a day since May, at 68 I think I am in the best shape ever because I look forward to your workouts! I know that you will always have something that fits my needs for the day. I have longevity in my family and now is the time to get strong so that I am not confined to a bed or recliner like my 98 year old mom. Thank you a million times!

Good morning Lauren, I was going to save this one for Sunday, which is my rest day, but after working in the yard,washing the kitchen floor and doing weights and cardio, my hamstrings told me to do it now. Definitely have imbalances, and your way of going into pigeon works much better than other trainers have shown going into it from downward dogs. Have a nice day.

I have been a yoga practitioner since my teen years, now 71. However, in the last 3 1/2 years a knee replacement and shoulder replacement have made many conventional yoga poses unattainable for me, especially until healing was complete. I still keep up with flexibility but do miss some of the more advanced stretches. I was feeling very stiff today after a COVID booster yesterday so decided to try this one. It is a new favorite! With extra padding under my knees I was able to do the all fours poses (one knee on the floor lunges are still a problem!) and I really enjoyed the hip mobility work. Luckily muscle memory lasts a long time. Thank you for giving us this lovely workout.
