This is one of the practices included in the FREE Plum Village App ➛ plumvillage.app. Every day, Thich Man Tue (Brother Insight) practices the ancient art of qigong at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, New York. This 5-minute qigong is called The Butterfly. Practicing this movement helps you stretch and relax body, and improve flexibility and balance. You can apply this routine in the morning, in the evening, or during work breaks.
Enjoy these movements in mindfulness, with a lot of joy and peace.
