I love everything about this video--the couple, the relaxing music, the voiceover. The routine is perfect for seniors. I do it at least 3 times per week along with other exercises, and especially before playing golf. Thank you!

I tried these and was encouraged I could do them relatively well. I'm 71 so flexibility is becoming more of a challenge. I think this series of stretching will really help. Thank you very much.

I have saved this as my pre game warm up. An arrow pointing to the area being stretched would be a help. I don’t know where my quads , etc are 😁

when are we supposed to do these stretches? before golf, after golf, after a short cardio and then this stretching routine and the some dynamic stretching. thank you

This routine is best done after your game as part of a cool down. Or as a stand-alone stretching session if you want to work on your flexibility (make sure you warm up first). Another good time to do it is in the evening before you go to bed. And save the dynamic stretching for your warm-up.... stretchcoach.com/articles/warm-up/
