This ALL STRENGTH Upper Body and Leg Workout alternates lower body circuits and chest circuits in a spicy superset format to reach muscle fatigue in just 20 minutes.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 circuits (2 exercises/circuit)
✔️ Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, moving immediately from move 1 to move 2 (1 consecutive minute of work), followed by 30 seconds of rest.
✔️ Repeat each circuit x2 sets
✔️ ADD 10 push ups before each chest circuit

1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Legs
1) Squats
2) Squat + Lateral Lunge
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Chest
1) Dumbbell Chest Press (palms out)
2) Alternating Reverse Chest Press (palms to face)
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Legs
1) Staggered Deadlift
2) Staggered Deadlift + Reverse Lunge
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: Chest
1) Chest Fly
2) 1 Narrow Floor Press + 1 Chest Fly
🔥 BURNOUT (40 seconds per move, no repeats)
1) 1 Push Up + Burpee Step In + 2 Squats
2) Chest Press + Glute Bridge

I have not done flyes in soooooo long!! I’m feeling it. Thank you Lindsey for this program!! Please make this program longer than 14 days! This is the first time I don’t dread working out or skipping workouts because I just don’t have the time with two kids 😂😂

LOVED this workout and the 1min on, 30 seconds off. Also loved the 10 push-ups to lead off the chest circuits. Thank you for continuing to provide such great and effective workouts. I was able to mostly use 20lb dumbbells today, and am SO pumped about it!

I know I’m late to the game, but I’m so glad I found this series. I haven’t found something I could stick to and actually get through a whole workout before and this has been it! If you are able to do a single arm row with a staggered stance or from a lunge position, I'd try that! Lowering the weight might help too!

Loving the combo set at the end! It's fun to do a little of each move one last time. These 20 minute workouts have boosted my confidence-- a little workout CAN happen each day for me, it doesn't have to be super long to be effective with NML!

I really love these 20 strong workouts. As a mom of 2 with our 3rd due in a few weeks, they pack a lot of punch for 20 minutes and, at this point in my pregnancy, I really like working on the specific areas - and all have been great combos of strength and getting my HR up. Wow! That was intense and I couldn't even do the reverse chest move when you flip your grip towards your face! Will have to go down in weight for that move. Seriously challenging. My arms felt like floppy noodles as soon as I flipped that grip. Thanks for a great start to my day ❤

Loved it! Great way to start the week - the combo of exercises was perfect. Lift heavy and 20 is all you need! I also liked your suggestions of adding in some extra exercises between sets if we have it in us (or skip it if we don't!). Looking forward to the rest of the new workouts! Thank you :)

This was a lot of fun! I really liked to combination of moves. Often times when moves are combined I feel the weights I would use for each move aren’t equally balanced but this routine was perfect. I didn’t have to do any quick weight switching between exercises 😊 I prefer to do lateral lunges with one heavy weight in one hand. This allows me to get a greater range of motion in the lunge. What a great sweat in 20 min! Thanks Lindsay!

Last week approaching failure with 35lbs over my head was a bit scary. Today, squatting and deadlifting 50lbs feels so good! Here’s a goal: go through this plan a few times and then graduate to Split Strong with the same weights. I’m not sure how long it would take me to get there.

I love your program thank you so much! unfortunately my chest is not burning as I wish it did, but as I increased the weight I almost popped my shoulder (credits to my ligament hyperlaxity). I was forced to lower the weights if I wanted to keep my shoulder haha. I did push myself and I'm so happy I tried even if I failed, i'll keep trying until I'm strong enough . (I ended at 4kgs per hand)

This is amazing!! I am normally an arm day person but I LOVED this!!🫶🏽Honestly the longer I’m doing this program the more convinced I’m gonna repeat it during my entire first trimester of pregnancy - I have a month and a half left to go and this is PERFECT for it👏🏽

Thank you for the personal response. I really appreciate it. I know how important lunges and deadlifts are for the glutes but yes, I’ve done lots of physical therapy for chronic knee and hip pain, and I know that getting better toned glutes and upper leg muscles will definitely help. Thank you again. I recently found your channel via a friend. I am in the similar mom boat, just having had my third baby eight months ago. It is encouraging and inspiring to see you doing these workouts being only five months postpartum. Thank you for being such an encouragement to not only me but other busy moms in this stage of life that we are in.
