3. Waist to Hips
4. Waist Hooping Turning
5. Solar Plexus Hooping
6. Hips/Waist/Solar Plexus
7. Chest Hooping
8. Hips to Chest
9. Shoulder Hooping Turning
10. Shoulder 360 & Stop
11. Shimmy Up
12. Shoulder & Chest with Arms
12 cycles Each cycle is 40 secs with a 10 sec rest

Great drills for days when I just want to give my brain a rest, for days when space is at a minimum. And basics are always a good place to go back to!❤️🙏🏻 (Remembering a time when these were not basics for me and I couldn’t imagine being able to do these moves!!).

Thanks Deanne! This was great, saw it on my feed this morning and I thought “That’s it! I’m picking up my hoop!!” I’ve been slack and I need to place my hoops somewhere in an easy to grab location. Or just scatter them in every room 😂. Thank you for inspiring me to move! You’re the best ❤

Where to find a tall hoop for adult. Not a weighted one. I have a weighted one and I can't do it. I want to learn. I am 80 and want to do this.

Etsy! I’ve made my own from sprinkler tubing, a connector and the stinky purple PVC glue. A hair dryer helps to soften the ends of the cut tubing enough to get the connector in.. I’ve also used a piece of extra tubing, sliced so I can compress it enough to be a connector. Duct tape covers any rough edges (and makes the colored stripes you see here.

Oh this was yummy, sweaty and delicious. I got your shoulder hooping challenge class a few years ago & now rock out my shoulders almost daily. Thanks Deanne for these short sweet sessions. Love trying new routines to mix it up 💫💛🙏🏽🫶🏾
