I know this show was four months ago, however it is still very powerful and very relevant. Thank you for this show and most importantly, I thank all the participants of this session for being real, upfront, honest and vulnerable in telling their journey towards purpose. Totally amazing conversations.

Love the clarification from Ken about "right place, right time" using Courtney's story. It's a process of actively putting yourself in a position to be at the right place at the right time because you've been showing up, it's not an accident. "It's right place FIRST, then right time." Love it. Thank you!

Bingo. I am very grateful for the position I have. I worked hard to get it, but a ton of luck was involved too. I never forget the luck and right place right time

As a preschooler I wanted to be an animator. I ended up working adjacent to that: I'm a TV production technician. Have been a technical lead for 7 years. I love the job, I hate the bureaucracy associated with it. Recently I found a passion in building cars. It's a dying hobby though, so can't make a business out of that.

I appreciate people finding the help they need. Also, my rose colored glasses were cracked when I called into the show. He asked if I had any experience and when I said no he told me to get some experience and then the call ended. Felt rather dismissed.

I have to say, hearing the start this conversation, I feel so out of place. They all talk about life experience that opened up an interest in their life. In high school I worked as a waiter/ cook so I had money lunch money & clothing money; while I attended school. I need remedial career education.

So did any of these personalities grow up poor and uneducated? And theennn went from a paycheck to purpose? Just wondering...
@MichaelHasebroock2 жыл бұрын
I don't think the purpose was their economic background growing up but how they kept pursuing what they knew was right and how God blessed them. God can do the same in your life.
