Thank you for being so real on the last exercise. It feels so good to see that you're just another human being struggling with daily things. Working hard to stay healthy, not showing us this fake facade in which every movement is perfect and you're barely sweating because of your perfect youtube-body. I can’t express how AMAZING your videos are, on my (3year) fitness journey I’ve seen improvements everywhere BUT my back. I couldn’t seem to get it right. In this very short span of OME MONTH using your exercise routines, I can already FEEL a difference, I appreciate you so much and can’t wait to SHOW AND SHARE the results! You are phenomenal!!!!

Ive been doing this workout 2x a week for several weeks and it started feeling a bit too easy so i held 3 lb weights for the first set of floor exercises. WOW thank you so much for making this video my back pain is nonexistent and it was chronic before I discovered your channel so much thanks♥️

I was looking for some good back exercises. Glad I came across your video! I’ll have to do modifications due to my pregnancy, but I will come back to do this once this baby is born!

Studio Jibby- thank you! I’ve been doing your 14 min back work out for months. But this is my new favorite now! I love the time frame and the option for longer exercises- as well as the breaks.(I try to forward thru them but by midway of this session I needed the rest!!). Thank you- you are amazing and inspiring! You have replaced my precovid gym visits!
