your video is big help. the final procedure says to turn ignition on using learned keys successively within 60 secs. instead you let the time ran out doing nothing..and still succesful. my question is what if i start the car using new and old keys..does it matter? thanks. ill be doing one of this later

Can that newer fob be programmed on a 2013 brz even though the 2013 has a different fob?

I have not done all keys lost on Subaru smart keys. If you have a tool that’s capable of you should be able to do it.

Never tried all keys lost on this vehicle. But we can’t just rely on one tool.
