In this video, I show you how to make healthy vegan strawberry ice cream without lactose and sugar and a delicious cherry pie. Each recipe, as usual, is low calorie and low carb!
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

- Coconut milk (or cream) 250 ml.
- Strawberries (frozen) 250 g.
- Xanthan gum 1g (optional)
- Vanilla, sweetener, strawberry flavoring (optional)
* The final taste depends on the flavor of your strawberries and the quality of your coconut milk!
* The more often you whip, the nicer the consistency will be
CHERRY PIE

batter:
- Coconut flour 40 g.
- Sweetener 8g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Leavening agent 10g.
- Vanilla 1g.
- Frozen cherries 150-200 grams.
- Sweetener 2 g. (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- 10g. starch
Weight: 450 g. Diameter: 16 cm.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes.
