For some reason, sukiyaki is getting harder to find in my local Japanese restaurant. It’s usually a family meal so it’s not easy to make at home for one-person. After watching this video, she reduced the recipe for one-person so I’m going to give it a try. My Japanese mother always said that sukiyaki is an easy dish to make if you have all the ingredients.

I watch the channel for about over 12 years with the same happiness and excitement in every new video. Francis passed away on the same day of my birthday, so I pray for him ever since.
