I have severe pain since I fell down and injured my shoulder. X Ray has been done but no broken bone. Cortisone injection was given by my Arthopedic Surgen but pain is not going way. Taking high doses prescription pain medicine every day since month and half.MRI will cost me lots! I want to start your exercise.
