I have been marbling paper for 26 years. The Turkish style of water color paints, Ox bile, inert inorganic pigments and a thick vegitable sizing are my materials. I have modified the Turkish style to a more eighteenth century European style. If a Japanese marbler reads this and is willing to aid me in learning traditional Suminagashi, I would travel to Japan.
