Dahliya toh hai hi nahi iss plan mein, aur chawal toh hai hi lunch mein. Lagta hai video dekha nhi hai, aur comment kr diya. Roti lena hai toh lunch mein aap le lo instead of chawal. Also agar thyroid hai and Uske saath pcod hai, toh iska matlab jo bimaari hai Uske liye, wahi same high carb meals khayenge toh dikkat hai. Fir toh weight loss ke liye extensive workout karna padega, to be honest,else it is very tough to lose weight with such diseases for many people. People with such diseases also tend to not lose weight even with such heavy workouts. Diet sahi karna hi padega to overcome these issues. Aur aap khaana banana seekho yaar. Aapke ghar mein toh kisiko nhi hai na thyroid pcod, aapko hai, u take care of ur own health and make slight dietary changes n see actual results. Now ofcourse, People with no disease, good metabolism and proper workout can easily lose weight with just eating clean and reducing portion sizes.
