Hello anwesha ji ,,,,ek bat puch na tha m sham ko gym ja rhi hu 6:30 /7:00se 2 hours k liye aake rat hoti hai bhuk bhi jada nhi hoti to dinner me m fir turmeric milk or 4khadur khati hu or mujhe night me halka khane ki aadat bhi hai,,,,ye thik na kyu dimag me chal rha hai gym Kiya hai to heavy kuch nhi aap bate please . nice vedio 😘

bhook agar nhi lagti hai toh thik hai, but gym ho sake toh itna mat kariye ekdum starting se. 1 hour of solid workout is better than 2 hours of loitering around

I do eat peanuts thoda thoda Bahut hi kam, not a fan but peanut chutney se I have recently started getting one massive acne or skin inflammation always
