I finished 24 days pilates challenge yesterday and started this one today. I really feel positive changes in my body and soul. Lottie has a way of encouraging you with her soft voice and graceful moves so you don't even get mad when she skips counting and adds some more repeats to the moves💜

I love you, Lottie! I find your classes light and managable. I appreciate that you dont use frilly language like "begin to arrive". Your disposition is cheerful and unpretentious. I love how creative you are with positions, you remix classics ever so slightly and it completely changes muscle group engagement/stretches, its very impressive! Love this! You're a great instructor, clear and calm with lots of varied classes - you've really encouraged pilates into my day to day since lockdown and my body/mind certainly appreciate it! One of my favourite routines of yours Lottie. Low impact but feel I'm really working with this routine. I think I've subscribed to a dozen of workout channels since March 😆 Yet, never fully committed to the workouts. After finding your channel and deciding to do the "2 week pilates", I found myself really looking forward ending the work day and doing pilates with you. I've been cleared to do exercise and was doing reformer pilates, but sadly everything is closed again due to covid. Your classes really target the areas I'm weak in. hi lottie💕I did a little sprain to my left sacro-iliac joint yesterday,whilst bending to post letters. this routine this morning re-established a strong balance to my hips and the sore joint. thank you. love and blessings🐾🙏
