Oh, this was so very nice. When I look for a workout class I always go for "trying to make my muscles sore". This conscious pace allowed me to realize that there's so much more to excercise than building up muscles, it calms you down, moves your lymph, lifts your mood and the list goes on. Today was my first Pilates session in 8 wks, I fractured my ankle and this class was gentle enough for my healing bone to cope with no pain at all. I feel like I'm on the home run (so to speak) after the frustration of not being able to practise my daily Pilates. Thank you Lottie for another fantastic class
