Why are you only in 4th gear? My understanding was that speed limits are exempt when driving an SLC.

I’m not a very good driver, life and limb would be at risk any higher!

Could this be as much as a daily driver as a Corvette or it’s not practical? If not, I’m what ways?

Hard to say, I've never owned a corvette. It's loud and attracts a lot of attention. Stock corvette? probably not. Modified corvette? Maybe. Just depends what your threshold is for a daily, different for everyone.

Cam Thai I love the way the SLC looks especially with the front wrap around Windsheild but, after seeing the interior it appears the A-pillars are still somewhat in the way versus full 180 degree view I thought it would have with a wrap around windsheild. What engine and drivetrain are you running? What’s the estimated 0-60 and 1/4 mile? An LS7 seems perfect for this car, with its ability to be mounted low because of the flat oil dry sump pan.

Unless the a-pillar were in line with the side of your head there isn’t a windshield out there that won’t have some kind of blockage. That said, the a-pillars are on the thick side and you have to adjust for that. I know some builders are tweaking the cage and covers to slim the a-pillar down. I have an LS3 in mine. 1/4 mile is about 2 minutes since the only traction control I have is my right foot and 1st and 2nd gear are exceptionally traction limited. An LS7 would be a nice motor!
