Deadass, clay tiles were one of the best ways to make money in the medieval period. Entire villages focused on nothing but making and firing clay tiles because the nobility couldn't get enough of them for flooring and roofing castles, manors, and churches. They were one of the few products that had international standards across Europe because the nobility were that concerned with getting good tiles.

About Crop Rotation: It's not just the nutrients, but desease too (i will simplify the matter) For example bugs that attack a plant will usually lay dormant near the plant they feed upon during winter. If the next spring you sow the same plant they will have an easy time and grow in number... BUT, if they dont find their plant, they will either starve or have to move away. Oh and about nutrients... Every plant consume the same nutrient in different amount, but it's a really complicated matter. Oh and crop rotation was so important because it ment we didnt need to move around but just stay in a place, that is the reason why we have cities.

I think if they added a more detailed custom mode, then it would bring so much more replay-ability to it. Where you can set just how often you're raided, how well equipped they are, and how large their forces get. And you could set how aggressive the AI lord is and all the same stats with them. And preferably more control over the map as well, like, setting that you start with a certain resource, or control how much there is of different stuff. Or even, if you could adjust prices before a game began. It would allow people who struggle more to start in a good spot and get pestered exactly as much as they want. And it would let Rimmy create his own little hell where he has minimal resources, 3 lords to fight against and constant hoards of raiders!

Be careful when you have the helmet fully on because you can get CO2 poisoning even with lots of holes you are still gonna breathe in your air a bit. So you gotta make a effort to blow thay CO2 out or you will panic and struggle to get it off. Knights only put their visor down when charging into the enemy on horse back or when fighting in a duel. Otherwise when they get into the fight they usually take the visor off or lift it up. You have what looks like a bassinet so you should be able to easily take the visor off.

So small nitpick i have. The bandits charging at a line that is twice their numbers.... wearing armor.... and better weapons... I mean I saw them break super fast... but it feels like they would see the numbers, and just not charge in a suicide run. Unless they were so desperate that death is better It would be nice to have their "resolve tested", same goes for your own troops, and that could mean bigger/better prepared raid in x amount of times, a change in tactics ( small under cover raids) amongst other possible outcomes depending on diverging factors

I honestly hope that, for immersion's sake, they add a feature in which any player in view/"lord" mode spectating a battle is targeted by the AI and potentially killed, resulting in either a game over or a succession crysis. Yes, the view/lord POV is great, it completely took me by surprise in the first video, but I believe it would add some more spice, an extra layer of dificulty, if they could be targeted. Hell, go all the way. Allow us to interact with peasants and objects/buildings while visiting, and actively participate in combat. They could have the AI for the bodyguards to actually do bodyguarding... EDIT: 11:45 I personally believe this game could be considered an RTT (real-time tactics) or a small-scale RTS. It lacks (for now) the sprawling maps that the Total War series are known for, or even the large maps in AoE games, plus the variety and number of enemies at any given time, but the fact that battles actually require you to manage the position and posture of your troops, allowing for one unit to push and the other to slowly retreat to pull the enemies in an enveloping move... I find it beautiful, really. Sure, Total War let you do something similar, and actually works with a morale system, yet their battles are too massive, to match the massive maps. Here you don't need (again, for now) any mayor *strategy,* hence the *RTT* label.
