You're my favorite yoga instructor and I pick a video or two from your channel almost every day for my (hopefully) daily practice! I really enjoy how easy to follow your instructions are and the sequences have the perfect balance of working and relaxing. I've practiced yoga almost every day for 2 months and your videos were accessible enough to keep me constant 🖤 I'm very happy you posted an ashtanga video, I really wanna incorporate it into my practice.

Wow this is really total body workout! Also touches the spirit and soul! I’Ve been doing this daily for almost 2 months now. I think you need to make the ashtanga series playlist. Love love love it, thank you for the beautiful flow and namaste 🙏🏻

I did this yesterday and survived. Had to stop halfway and do a.childs pose but completed it. The only variation I did was not jumping and also found it a bit hard to lift my knees off the mat for the upward dog at first but did that later. Thank you so much for your wonderful.channel my dear. ❤

Great to hear! Yes totally like a cardio right. I feel the same too. Yes can be done in the mornings. Also try to switch up videos to break the plateau and boredom🤍

perfect 12-step Surya Namaskars routine. Suiting BGM voice is just perfect while doing morning. 12 steps mentioned 👆 above Step 1: Exhale - PRANAMASANA (Prayer pose) Step 2: Inhale - HASTA UTTANASANA (Raised arms pose) Step 3: Exhale - PADAHASTASANA (Hand to foot pose) Step 4: Inhale - ASHWA SANCHALANASANA (Equestrian pose) Step 5: Retain the breath - DANDASANA (Plank pose) Step 6: Exhale - ASHTANGAnamaskaraA (8 limbs salute) Step 7: Inhale - BHUJANGASANA (Cobra Pose) Step 8: Exhale - PARVATASANA (Mountain pose) Step 9: Inhale - ASHWA SANCHALANASANA (Equestrian pose) Step 10. Nice one ma'am, can you do a single video comprising of reducing inflammation in body, hypothyroidism, gut issues, fertility, weakness, brainfog and healthy weight gain. it would be so grateful if you fo this this. doctor said this is autoimmune condition only cured through yoga and diet.

Hello 🤎 Each one burns differently depending on age, gender, style of workout, metabolism etc.. Tracking this with a smart watch is the way to go :) Projecting a number wouldn't be accurate.

All ur yogas are super and very helpful but sum pain and aches are therewhen we start yoga pls rply its normal in yoga ? After 3 weak igot neck pain now it's 5th day still I have little bit pain wat to do pls rply in which yoga it will cure rlpy sis

Happens for beginners:) Soreness is common for initial workups. Keep doing all my workouts and eventually you will open up and get more flexible.
