I did this yesterday and survived. Had to stop halfway and do a.childs pose but completed it. The only variation I did was not jumping and also found it a bit hard to lift my knees off the mat for the upward dog at first but did that later. Thank you so much for your wonderful.channel my dear. ❤

Hello 🤎 Each one burns differently depending on age, gender, style of workout, metabolism etc.. Tracking this with a smart watch is the way to go :) Projecting a number wouldn't be accurate.

Happens for beginners:) Soreness is common for initial workups. Keep doing all my workouts and eventually you will open up and get more flexible.
