I’ve been a trainer for over a decade (and into fitness pretty much everyday since I was 14) and have worked with people 12-86 and done a variety of everything with them all. I LOVE the way you design these videos. I would recommend these to ANY of my clients. To do in their own time. You are seriously a GEM. Idk if people realize how lucky they are to have these available on KZbin. When I was 16 I had to purchase DVDS to workout at my mom’s house 🤣. Your form is impeccable. Your program design is absolutely fabulous. I literally haven’t done anybody else’s workouts since I was in HS and I’m 39. Recovering from some injuries and I wanted to do Pilates but I sometimes want to just not think of what to do. I’ve been doing yours for a month now and I just think you’re A M A Z I N G!!!!!

Im 3 months post partum off a bed rest pregnancy i gained a ton of weight and lost muscle. Your workouts are amazing! Im feeling stronger, and im gaining back muscle tone! I love the standing ones because the extra weight gain and stiffness makes it hard to do floor work. Getting motivation to do a workout with a new baby is tough but your videos inspire me and i really enjoy them! Music is awesome and i feel the burn!! Thank you so much!!

I feel like I need to comment after every workout. They're all so good - even enjoyable. This standing workout does focus on legs/abs, but the fast pacealso keeps the heart rate up - which I love. Because I love multi-tasking. Keep 'em coming! Thank you.

It happens especially when a move is new pr I just cant wrap my head around what they're doing. But take it slow and modify. Sometimes I'll say each part of the move or the directions I'm moving whatever body part in and not look at her and it keeps me from getting confused

What treat to wake up to another new Eleni video. She wasn’t kidding around 😁 a great workout for your legs and abs. It also had some very good balance challenges. Added in a super sweaty video and wrapped it all up with a 10 min cardio jump which I did on my rebounder, that’s always fun. A friend just shared a little something you can say to yourself when working out, try saying “I’m good at this” when you are feeling challenged. She’s right, I’ve done this before and it works 🥰. I just completed my 50 th day of belly workout I had to take three days off for periods and I am starting again so excluding total five days off) rest days it's my 50th day of belly workout ! And This exercise feels just so so right I am sweating from head to toe feeling like having a head bath because of so much sweat which anyways I was to take but hard water today so postponing it till tomorrow evening ! Kindly keep posting belly workout including thighs and arm and back workouts but focusing mainly belly workout for 30 to 35 minutes in one video only ! His was a great workout today feeling good and can see my toned belly in the mirror 🪞 and it's biscuits while working out so my right efforts are giving me good efforts thanks to you mizi and Roberta body fit channel for good workouts that are not too exhausting and not to lose just right to feel light and positive and good and sweat ! Want to gain weight and already gained 3 kgs in a month so want three kgs more hence I am not doing cardio these exercises are like light cardio only ! Have included multigrain diet and lots of ghee and milk pudding in my diet to gain weight and results are awesome without having any belly bulge in fact my belly is toned and I am depositing fat where it needs to be so I am very happy just want three to 5 kg more and I will look awesome and healthy ! Without giving up on exercise with healthy diet my skin hair mind health have drastically improved in a month ! Never give up on diet to lose weight it will make your hair fall and skin look lax and dull and it will make you feel weak negative while working out have a healthy diet and while gaining weight never give up on exercises have a healthy weight gaining diet and light workouts excluding heavy cardio for 30 minutes each day and have multigrain diet with lots of ghee and milk pudding you will surely gain weight with healthier skin and mind and hair !
