The ICC warrants won’t be issued, it’s all staged for show from Biden. Israel will say they stopped advancing in Ralfer and ICC will cancel the warrant, but that is after Ralfer has been largely destroyed. It’s for show that they are doing something to stop the current protests in the West and to win votes.
