I love honey from the American Holly trees. Attracts a lot of swarms to nearby traps when it's blooming in late April/ Early May

I remember seeing an old documentary about a guy living in the wild, he wrapped a sheet of stainless steel around the trunk to keep the bears away from his food larder, the claw marks were impressive.

My aunt has bees in a cherry tree here in nwpa is it possible for me to catch the swarm Or entice them into a box like this. They have been in that tree at least 3 years.

I’m from South Mississippi and I don’t have to deal with the black bears, but you can probably take some t-post and a solar powered electric fence and that would probably keep the Bears out…
