Sweet Puff Pastry Twists, CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY, AIRFRYER cooking

Chocolate & Raspberry Twists (made 20) 1 pack of puff pastry approx 100g chocolate spread handfull of raspberries (optional) mine were homegrown Icing sugar to dust Extremely easy to assemble, layout the puff pastry (easiest to work with if allowed to come to room temperature) do 2 little nicks half way along - folding line. and spread the chocolate in one half. Sprinkle the raspberries, if using over the chocolate side. Picking up the paper, gently fold over covering the chocolate side. Gently press down, squishing the raspberries. Pull the paper away gently, leaving the ‘puff pastry’ sandwich intact. Using a sharp knife, score along creating strips about 1 cm wide approx. Depending on how long you want your twists, you can cut them in half. This way, I made 20, 11 fit onto the Cosori tray and 9 fit into the Ninja drawer (both are lined with parchment paper) twist the strips as you lay them onto the trays. Pop in AF on BAKE setting Ninja 200c/390f 12 mins, turn upside down for the last 4/5 mins. Cosori Oven 190c/370f 12 mins, Level 2 turn upside down and cook for further 3/4 mins (keep an eye) Other AFs: similar times/temps as above - always keep an eye on cooking Leave to cool before sprinkling with icing sugar. Enjoy!

if you melt chocolate with a bit of butter, you have your own chocolate spread, you could add some roasted and chopped up hazelnuts

Aw thanks for mentioning Heidi and I Kerry that was very nice of you,those twists are amazing,you've made the deluxe version,so good looking,I do have an Aldi and a Lidl up here but honestly that wee Heidi has some taste buds,I once couldn't get Jus-Rol filo pastry for her air fried Nutella spring rolls and wontons (try them,they are so good) so I bought Morrisons own and she knew right away it was a different make 😂😂 she's unbelievable,i'm sure she would spot the different choc spread but I'm going to buy a jar and test it out 😬 just a wee tip for cutting the strips,use a pizza wheel as it does't drag the pastry and you have more cutting control,I'm definitely going to try your recipe,another great video flower ❤Xx

Evening Kerry. These are great, especially for a special occasion 🎅🎄🤣🤣🤣. We make these with chocolate spread & mini marshmallows or biscoff spread (aldis or icelands versions). If you don't use much icing sugar you could blitz ordinary white sugar to a powder and save a few pennies. That's all it is, white sugar

Have you tried Mincemeat in filo pastry - they are yummy - especially with lots of melted butter brushed between layers! 😂

Hi Kerry, I’ve been binge watching your you tube channel, it popped up on my you tube channel. Well what can I say, I’ve made the bara brith, Yorkshire puds, the roast veg which I served with chicken, and the upside down spag Bol wow what can I say, absolutely marvellous, gorgeous, tasty. Hi Kerry i have only just recently found your you tube and have been glued to it ever since i do have 2 air fryers but only just started to really use them i have the same Ninja as you and a Proscenic air fryer I also grow at home i use to have 2 allotments but we had to give them up due to illness but this year only doing a small amount of veg but i love to grow as i'm sure you do Could i ask a question please if you were to choose only 2 air fryers which you have what would they be I love to wait for your posts and will be joining your Home grown chanel shortly Take care Pam x
