SWFL Eagles_ M & F's Short Visit-Grasses/Sticks Added + Mating ~Woodpecker/Warbler Cameos 11.10.23

M15 & F23 spent about 1 1/2 hours at the nest this morning, adding 4 sticks plus grasses. They mated and then headed south across the road to eat, look for more sticks and/or secure their territory. While we waited for their possible return, a Red-headed Woodpecker stored acorns in the pasture snag, a Palm Warbler hunted for bugs in the oak tree and ground and the resident horses grazed by the pasture pond.

Hi Vicki❤️🙏. I have to say that I absolutely love what M15 and LF23 have done to the nest. It to me is looking it’s best for sure.👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🥰🦅🦅. They sure do work great as a team. I’ve also noticed too that when M15 is in the middle of doing something to the nest that LF23 sits there until it’s her turn to do something and I think that makes for great team work. I am definitely praying that LF23 is gonna be safe tonight at the nest cause I believe she will be staying there the night up above or on the Veranda. It does however, concerns me though.
