30 minutes in an out - PERFECTION!!! so loving the 30 minute powerful workouts!! I dont see a need for longer ones when these 30 minutes are so effective!! Sweat is Dripping and catching my breathe at the end!! Happy Monday everyone!!

Absolutely LOVE the Hustle series, really gets the job done in a small amount of time. When I have time I have the option to add a little extra, but when I’m in a rush like today, I just do pedal to the metal and go as hard as I can.
