Definitely need more 15 minute workouts like this. I hate having to go to other channels for an extra 10 or 15 minute add on since I've already done all of these so many times now

This was a fun workout. I was hesitant to try this after today’s arm and abs AMRAP. I’m glad I pushed through and did it. This was a great mood booster.

Hey Sydney - I have recently been hospitalised with pneumonia and haven’t been working out with you as I normally would. Talk about the perfect way to get back into it! I’m not going to be a full strength for some time yet and shorter workouts like these where you can dial up and down depending on how much you’ve got in the tank are perfect. Thank you 🙏

Same!! At the end of that AMRAP I didn't think my arms could take any more... and the dips/push-ups in this 15mins almost got me but I made it through!! This one is now saved in my Favourites list!

Bravo! I due to time constraints , I enjoy these 15 minute HIITs. This is one is a real keeper. Glad my 67 yr old self could keep up and execute the more difficult options. Well done! 👍👍👏👏

I love these quick workouts! My kids would not leave me alone for 2 seconds today but I needed to get something done. Gave them dinner and did this one quick. Of course I wanted to do more but some days you just have to roll with it!

only been exercising for a few months and have just found your channel and I love it. What I really like is no repeat cycles so the few of yours I've done so far have been like that. I like the 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 min workouts for when I'm short on time or want a little cardio and a little strength. This bench workout was different and fun. Keep up the creativity with unique ways to move and improve! 💪

Just what I needed. I was going to skip working out altogether today but I remembered the 15 minutes workouts. I could do 15 minutes. Thank you for having these Sydney so I could stay consistent.
