Thank you for this awesome workout for upper abs I often struggle with my core strength specifically with my upper abs n noticed I’ve begun having bad posture due to weak upper core strength which has been making my upper trap muscles to strain n do more work which causes me tension. Anyway this workout really has helped me increase my strength

I ve been doing this video+ a 10 minutes cardio 3 times a week for over a month with a bad diet and the results are still amazing !!! Not gonna say i got rid of my belly or something nah.. but : 1_no more colon problems i feel light all day long no matter what i eat 2_my belly feels tight and hard and not jelly as it used to be 3_ i lost too much belly fat that it's not disgusting anymore and i can wear tight tops with confidence
