I get frustrated at 2A events when they talk anti abortion/anti gay marriage/ anti environment etc etc. Make the 2A tent as wide as possible. If you want to demonstrate about other issues do it at those rallies

And people from both sides can be considered ‘an enemy’ if they try and strip constitutional rights away from anyone that is an American Citizen. Sad how divided we are as a nation currently.

this is SUCH an important video for me, as a gay man with a trans partner, in a world that is progressively becoming more dangerous for people like me, It's frustrating to see so many 2A youtubers who appear to have very conservative viewpoints and it makes it quite uncomfortable knowing that these people are usually the type to hate my partner especially. Seeing public support for a LGBTQIA 2A youtuber from one of the biggest gun channels warms my heart and helps me remember that no matter what other people think of me, I have a right to protect myself. I hope I can find a crew like you have!

Great points you both made about putting stress onto accuracy. Yeah, no-one carries a kettleball in combat, but a soldier might be carrying a box of Claymores, or some other equipment. Not many folks can shoot with one hand and carry a 30# crate in the other at a run. Y'all made me think of the cutting practice that folks who like sword combat do. I always see folks standing still, taking careful aim, and then cutting. Same folks sparring, either with wooden swords or armor and rebated steel blades, are running all over and dodging and ducking. I think cutting practice needs to get some stress put into it, some mix-it-up so that it isn't so calm and predictable.

Well, yes and no. You don't learn shooting accurately by running around with a kettlebell. You first learn to shoot properly in a stress free enviroment, THEN you add on the running and throwing and other stressful things. It's the exact same thing with swordfighting, first you learn how to actually use the sword, get proper edge alignment and follow-through with the swing and THEN you add on the stress that is sparring.

Yes, but weight, length and a scorching hot thing on the end of your gun is a problem

I mean english isn't my first language, but "what's _tactical_ on a kettle bell?" makes me think What's tactical with a pair of pants? I if you throw either one towards an attacker, which one is tactically better in that situation? From the attackers standpoint: i would not be that much afraid of a piece of clothing hurting me much, but i would absolutely find it tactically sound to avoid making contact with a kettle bell comming my way. 🤡😉

I can't see any comments like that, so they have either been proactively deleted or (most likely) people that watch InRangeTV aren't those kind of people. Karl is pretty great at calling out/roasting Fudds and hateful people when they comment. One of the greatest selling points of InRangeTV is that it is pro-2A while also focusing on Indigenous history, challenging bias in the 2A community and just generally representing an inclusive approach to firearms ownership and use. I honestly think that InRangeTVs portrayal of gun ownership/enjoyment is much more digestible and palatable to those desirous of gun control than those that either dogmatically/blindly wave the 2A wording around, or tie it into "American Values" that really come across as toxic, reggressive and based on fear...
