I took tai chi for 2 years several years ago. I loved it -still do! It is so centering and helps with stress also. I still do some of what I learned. This inspires me to get back into it. It has helped my balance tremendously also.

Love this -- I'm recovering from a Compression fx of T12 -- can I do this safely now or should I wait till I heal? Beautiful and peaceful
