I love this... I teach bone fit classes...I have severe osteoporosis...I am a slow learner but I would LOVE to add this to the class I teach...Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and would be VERY interested in how to become trained/certified to teach.

I would like to sign on for the 30 days trial but I have found I have osteoporosis of spine and wonder if some exercise may be harmful. Been told twisting bending not good and that tai chi may have those . I LOVED this video. Thank you.

Yes, many of our students report improvements in their bone scans which showed increased. One mineral density after 6 months of tai chi!
