I'm 60, starting exercising about 1 year ago, changed my eating and dropped 35lbs. I'm happy to say I am strong enough to do this challenge. Love it!

I'm 6 weeks postpartum and started doing this at 4 weeks under the direction of a physical therapist. Already have my 6 pack abs back! Thanks for the great workout.

I started doing this for 3 months it is really effective guys my abs start to appear and I feel my core is more stronger, I have been doing all type of abs exercises but the result was not satisfying, after starting doing this video every morning the results are incredible!!

Hey Heather. I’ve been doing this routine for about a month now around 4 mornings a week. I just love it and I’ve FINALLY managed to get though whole exercise without dropping knees and holding my form! Thanks for the great habit 😍

Love this workout, I’ve been doing it everyday since the end of March 2020 ( 1st lockdown) and it has helped me no end to strengthen my core. I’ve just had three days off due to vacation but I couldn’t resist getting down on my hotel floor and getting back on it again😊👍

Ive been doing this for a month straight along with a morning 1-mile run, a plant-based protein shake, and eating heathy overall. THIS WORKSSSSS. My core hasn’t felt this lean and strong since back when I was a personal trainier. TY for this video!

The walking plank following the saw was where I noticed this becoming challenging. Really had to focus on my form and not cheat. Thanks for the quick challenge. This is something my wife and I will visit a few times a month from now on.

I’ve done this work out several times, and my goal is to make it the whole way through without resting. Today I finally made it to the second to last exercise. This workout is killer! I’m in good shape and it’s challenging 💜💪🏼
