yes its not good , Ethan take it easy I had it five times when I was 5 years old just at the time when they started using penicillin , remember getting out of bed and not being able to walk . a couple of years ago Linda got out of bed and collapsed in a heap called out the "Care Bears " ( ambulance ) and she spent 5 days in hospital just about able to walk with a zimmer frame ,took her about a month to feel somewhat OK , but it took us both 3 months to get over covid , Its a good day when you wake up and get out of bed feeling OK at 77 years old 😀 plus the fact that we both have had a brush with the big C but we are both in remission Linda has been that way for 20 years keep up the videos always a good view

I always say that if you get into a violent argument with yourself you need to seek help. Nowadays I suspect many people seeing someone "talk to themselves" might just assume that person is talking on a phone using a bluetooth device they might not be able to see.

Prayers for Ethan’s quick recovery. In my early 20’s I had a touch of pneumonia, that turned into an upper lung infection (this all under medical care). It took me almost a full year to get my lung capacity back. I was big into cycling in those days frequently doing 50+ mile rides. During that period, 15 miles had me exhausted, slowed recovery as well. Now granted that was 40 years ago and medical care has improved.

Nothing wrong with showing us the more mundane jobs. The unusual ones involving hills, long distances over muddy terrain, high weight, hazardous materials, nasty weather or your Arc Nemesis are fun to watch you plan and execute but most of what all of us do is repetitive work that reinforces basic skills. Glad you caught the PTO being on. Breaking Ethan’s truck while he’s sick would be hard to explain. Just goes to show that learning the quirks of any new vehicle is part of the break in process for the operator.

Hope Ethan gets better soon. I know he misses with the trucks. You all needed this truck. It fills a hole that was missing but didn't know was missing. It's good to have another heavy recovery unit rather than just a 35-ton tow truck. You got a 50-ton towing AND recovery unit

Your Australian slang is on point, Ron! We have three models in the Western Star X-Series - the 47X and the 49X are the same as what you get in the States but we also have an Australia specific model in the 48X. All of the Australian X-Series trucks have Detroit power except the 47X which has a Cummins L9 alongside the DD13 Gen 5

Most of the time you can feel it in shifting. Mundane? I’ve been broke down waiting to be rescued by a professional towing company like you guys. I think what you do and the way you do it is amazing. Ron I don’t mind the talking, I didTowing for a while and I think it’s perfectly normal. I have been on certain Tow Jobs and have had to talk to my self to make sure I hook up properly. I remember when my dad got his first new truck, it was a 75’ Ford F350 With a 390 V8 it had a Wreckmaster Twin 8 Ton he loved that truck but it had 1 problem with the rear hubs Ford Made a Mistake on it they put bolts to hold the rear axles on to the hubs instead of studs and the bolts kept breaking. Finally my dad got Ford on the phone and told them about the problem and they also had to replace the one hub because of it. He finally got all of the new studs and nuts for it and replaced them, never had the problem again. Also my dad and myself did something a little crazy , he had to go and Tow a Single Axle Diamond T from New London Connecticut to West Paterson New Jersey with a 1 Ton F350 and he was Successful with it, some years later I Towed a Single Axle White Truck with a One Ton C30 Chevrolet with a 4ton Nomar Back from Brooklyn NY to Paterson NJ . Lucky I Had The Push Bumper On The Front to hold the front of the truck to the road.
