Tamar is so classy in this interview. It's so refreshing to see this level of maturity from her. We all love the turnt up side, but there is a time and place for all of that. I've never seen her conduct herself in this manner, but I am glad she has seen the light and has humbled herself. She is a star and well liked so she will most certainly bounce back. However, she still has feelings and is entitled to be saddened by what happened with The Real. Time heals everything. Whether she is faking or not for this interview, she is in good spirit and that will only manifest ten fold.

I agree with Steve. I like how during this whole interview. Even on the Braxtons episode.. she was real calm about it. She made one statement on IG/fb when it happened and removed herself from social media to have time to cope with things. People expected her to pop that neck and snap them fingers and ish lol and people dont remember she not ALWAYS like that she actually has a very calming side to her and a very determined side to herself. The Real knew what they was dealing with when they signed her. That's why they signed her. So it can't be because of her attitude. If it was a problem she would've been gone in my opinion. So I applaud her for standing back up and taking it as a "Okay thats not for me anymore. Moving on" So I'm proud of her and I wish her well. I am a fan. Been a fan of the Braxtons for a while and been a fan of Toni's since forever. So , they all talented so it's all good. Congrats Tamar. The Real sadly is going to flop. They already been doing corny segments anyway lol now that they got rid of you it's gon be even worse. So , their loss.

I was recently fired as well due to new management and their desire to hire who they want to hire and this has so encouraged me. Christ be glorified in all situations. Now I love Tamar but I got to keep it 100% Tamar's personality is a lot! She was perfect for The Real because she was on a panel that had 4 other women, and they balanced out her BIG personality, because she has a lot of personality. And I love her for being true to her self. But it can be a bit much sometimes. Just like on Braxton Family Values, she's on a show with her 4 sisters. She does the most on the show but her sisters provide balance to her enormous personality. I don't think her having her own show is going to work. I remember when Tamar was hosting red carpets, it was too much to watch. At first it was entertaining but it became low key aggravating. I'm happy for the new doors that are opening for her but if she's not going back to the Real, drop television, and focus all her energy on her music so she can finally snatch a Grammy

We all at some point in our lives have been really hurt by something, and our nature is to put up a front like it's not bothering us that much, we have all done it, it's a part of life. Tamar wants us to believe that the situation is not bothering her all that much, but in this interview here you can clearly see that she's extremely upset about the situation. And like I said, when we are truly hurting, no matter how much we try to hide it through the fake smiles and the fake laughing we just can't. But Tamar is a strong sistah and she's gonna be just fine.

Nah, I'm not buying it. Tamar and Vince know the reason why she got fired - and due to the legal aspect of things, she's probably only allowed to talk about the situation but not the "exact" reason why she got fired. It's a shame, because personally- I really liked Tamar on the show. With the original lineup for the show- the REAL generated a lot of money from it. Why would they get rid of her, and potentially jeopardize losing viewers and maybe even resulting to the show being cancelled. The best part is, even if they realized, due to public demand that the show is better off with Tamar back on...Tamar wouldn't be going back to her old position. She's off a strong nature, she'll only move upwards and onward from now.

Listen carefully to Steve's explanation again. There's also videos out there saying they just hired a new producer who may not have liked her big personality. The ratings were good while she was on break so they may have rationalized she isn't needed. Steve is determined to help her so I hope things work out and she proves the show wrong. I am not a fan and didnt notice anything wrong with how she acted on the show. I just thought that's her thing. She was honest and hope she grows from this

I think she was really upset by this, when she was talking at beginning about how she doesn't know why she was fired and so she can't evolve, it seemed like to me she was trying not to cry. However, she doesn't want to come across as super weak, so she brings all the attitude after and maybe a little too much that makes her seem like she doesn't care and that she isn't bothered anymore./has already moved on -since she was talking about her brighter future. I guess it is just her way of dealing with the attention around the story, overall she got fired from a job she says she loved. She handled it poorly and unprofessionally. Contract renewals for this show happens annually which means you are not guaranteed to work until your contract is renewed. Every state has at-will laws so they aren't legally bound to give her a reason for not extending her contract. The producers have every right to move in a different direction. She posted that unnecessary paragraph on Instagram that left the door wide open for people to speculate and point fingers. Tamar & the other hosts are on the same level as far as title and have no bearing on hiring & firing. Everyone has their own contract exclusive of each other. They are not entitled or privy to any issues, negotioations or information other than their own. Anyone with a real job should know this. The Real tried to cut ties amicably but Tamar sabotaged that with that Insta post. It didn'tt have to get to this point. Now she's playing the positive victim angle. I like Tamar but she is irrational, spoiled & entitled. She needs to accept & acknowledge the part she played in this matter but she won't and there will always be people to co-sign her behavior. She really has some maturing to do.

If he did, that is good, we need this type of mentoring(celebrity or not) its like when our parents or someone that cares about us tell us don't act a certain way about when we get upset and how we should see/handle it. We need more people like this to help guide.
