@@m.rabiyathulbasariyha9201 I used to do other abs exercises like leg raising, etc. I didn't find any drastic change. When I saw this u tube, I started going for walking everyday and started doing planks along with other abs exercises. Within one month my tummy has reduced to 2 inches. Really it's worth doing this. We can see the result within few days.

brother. first calculate your calorie intake as master adviced.. If you are eggterian switch to egg.. ..or eat cucumber onion salads in the morning... or if possible oats..the main concept is to avoid simple carbs which makes to feel hungry.. rice and maida varietis has more possibility to segregate sugar in our body... thts why vijay master is advicing to reduce the high carb diet foods... just boil vegetables as soup and you can have it..... go opt for chappathi 1 max 2 whith lots of vegetables
