Hey Tana, I really enjoyed this flow:) Thanks! Just wanted to mention (you might be aware of it sometimes it just happens) but you hyper extent your arms a lot, I dont know if its different in pilates and yoga but usually its better to avoid to prevent injury in the long term:)

Glad you enjoyed :) this is in fact a myth that is perpetuated in the yoga/ Pilates space a lot, which is not supported by any scientific literature. some people’s joints genetically have more range like mine which may look scary but is completely safe to weight bare with fully extended elbows. Going past the 180 degree angle does not make the pose/ movement more prone to injury. It is the natural anatomy of my joint in this case. What is important if you have a lot of range is to focus on strength building to support overall stability🤗
