It was a success!! Took me couple of tries but second time was definitely easier to handle. 😅 Question though: how can I freeze them so they wouldn’t crack? Can’t wait to hear your advice! Thank you. ⛄️

@@winromeo I am so glad to know that you successfully made it. If there are cracks on the dumpling, you may try to dip some water with your finger and glue the crack with small amount of water.

用其他油脂可以？例如菜油，謝

我未有試過呢，想想可能菜油是液態，所以要將芝麻醬打好後先冷藏凝固才整型。
