I feel like this saved my life tonight. I was so overwhelmed and stressed after a hard long day at work. I cried 2 min into this and it helped release the weight I was feeling. Meditation is medicine for me.

Anxiety has recently been overcoming me. I’ve been waking up with my heart beating so fast. I have little to no appetite everyday. I have horrible doubts about myself and how much of a failure I am in life. To anyone going through the same, I just hope you know that we can slowly get over it. man, I’ve been extremely overwhelmed and depressed lately where I almost feel apathy toward things that should make me feel terrible. There have been many times where I want to cry but just can’t no matter how hard I try. When you got me repeating to allow myself to let go, it felt like I pulled a cork out of the drain and I felt my emotions erupt out of me. I’ve been just getting into meditating semi regularly recently and this one really flipped a switch in my brain in that moment where I could finally feel my anguish and accept it and I cried much harder than I have in many years. Thanks so much.

This meditation is very powerful for me. I picture myself covered in thick mud (that is the stress and anxiety) that has hardened into shiny rock over time, me and my shiny mud rock careening through space and then at the “let it go and floating away part” the mud cracks and comes flying off of me in all directions and I gently float away mud free. I can feel the weight coming off me when I visualize this and it is very freeing. Thank you 💜

I’ve been trying to find this guys meditations, because they helped me during a really dark time years ago, but I couldn’t remember anything to help me find them. Tonight was a tough night (I have bipolar with psychosis but it’s been a long time since a bad episode) and all my therapy coping skills that I could manage to do helped a bit but then I found this! I cried when I heard that voice. I feel so alone, but I’m still doing better and even if no one else in my family recognizes my progress (it’s all inner work so I guess I understand) I now have these to come to. Thank you ❤

As you will know from my previous comments to some of your other vids, I have significantly benefitted from your meditations since discovering them shortly after my diagnosis with MS in 2015. One of the worst symptoms, the one that is the leading cause of people with ms giving up work apparently, is fatigue. Wish I could clearly articulate what this is like, as it’s not mere tiredness, being caused, as it is, by the damage done to the brain, alongside inflammation. Despite everything you do and tell yourself, the low feelings, the sense of being overwhelmed is impossible to keep at bay when you’re in the grip of full on fatigue! This has been my day today and I’d anticipated falling into bed in a stressed out state. How great therefore that you provided this mindfulness today. One word comes to mind - exquisite! The melding of your voice, the music, the affirmations - the words you use - hit the sweet spot! I’ll be heading to bed feeling less burdened and overwhelmed - thanks as always. N

@@srividya2347 Gosh thanks for asking - I’m doing well, having benefitted from treatment and from doing things like meditation to look after myself. In fact, I’ve been very lucky and have had disease stability for some time now. My hope is that this continues for as long as possible and that anyone with MS or any other disease remains as well as they can for as long as they can!

@@srividya2347 I’m not on any treatment due to having been very fortunate and receiving Lemtrada (Alemtuzumab) back in 2016/17. I do subscribe to the MS-selfie site that is run by a fab neurologist called Gavin Giovannoni and I think I’m correct in saying he’s just put out online some information cards about all DMTs as to their effectiveness etc. Might be worth a look - though do be warned that Gavin doesn’t pull his punches and acknowledges some of the MS Selfie readers have been distressed by some of the content of his posts. I’m of the view - don’t shoot the messenger and whilst Gavin (aka ProfG) gives the worse of MS he also provides a lot of incredibly valuable information on living well with this disease. More gentle, but also providing helpful information is the lovely Aaron Boster neurologist, here on KZbin. When asked, I do say I’m an advocate for being as informed as possible about everything ms related - I wouldn’t have had treatment with Lemtrada without reading about it and then pushing for it. The same with things like a bone density scan, after learning PwMS are more vulnerable to osteoporosis (live here in the UK where a lot of the health scans/interventions don’t happen routinely) Quite a long reply to your question, but hope maybe it’s of help.

This helped me start my morning before having to go to work with younger power-hungry Kardashian like girls that don’t value us older women who are calm, kind and knowledgeable. I’m trying to find inner peace and work around their cruelty, but it is a challenge and makes a pit in my stomach. This gentleman’s voice and words are very calming. 💞🌎

I have always struggled with anger , resentments, and unforgiveness. I have been working on it with a therapist and 12 step sponsor, and it is getting better. I was told that resentments only hurt you, not the wrongdoers. I had to write down my resentments and how they affected me to see the damage to motivate me to let go. I also had to write down my part in the resentments so I could see where i was in the wrong, make amends, change behaviors, build my character and reconcile relationships if appropriate. Obviously there are some situations you don't play a part like if you were abused. I really get into psychology and human behavior so I like to understand why people act how they do for example mental illness. It helps to have compassion on them and to wish them well. This is NOT justifying or condoning it just helps to understand, have compassion, and wish them well. Its also not good to get revenge, not only because of consequence but they will get their karma and there will be justice. If it motivates them to change and make amends be happy for them.
