Hi David! As you know by now, i am Swedish. We love swedish meatballs with boiled potatoes or with mashed potatoes. We serve it with lingonberry jam. And also with a sauce. I would also like to wish for a rice salad recipe, although it's not really swedish. But i love rice, and to match it with veggies and maybe a meat, is awesome. Big love from Sweden ❤🎉❤🎉🐱🐱

What a coincidence im eating whole almond now and suddenly i see this video. I will try make this Almond cake. Almond is healthy. Thank you. From Malaysia. Can i sprinkle,some grounded almond on top of cake before baking? Can you try bake Semolina Cake? Another name here for Semolina is Sugi or Sugee

Haha such a coincidence, you definitely should make this cake. Yes, you can sprinkle ground almond on top and even sliced almonds for an extra crunch, just keep an eye while baking, otherwise it might burnet.
