Off-season eating is so funny. This is like my exact go to when it comes to offseason foods. Bagels and juices make life just so much easier when you’re deep into the realms of high satiety.

Thanks for the video! I am going to try that technique on the rear delt flys you did towards the end of training. (DBs are closer to the hips) I normally go higher/wider towards the shoulders.

Hi 3DMJ, I’m an avid supporter of the work you do in the fitness industry and how you’re scientific approach to muscle and strength development has helped so many people organise their training and nutrition. I purchased your pyramids and just had a few questions that I hoped you may be able to answer. 1) For the 4-day novice bodybuilding programme in the training pyramid, once a plateau is reached and cannot be overcome after attempting to repeat the workout twice with a 10% reduction in weight, is it best to move that exercise directly to an intermediate form of progression, or to continue to attempt linear progression after increasing volume in that specific lift/muscle group, and seeing if progress could be squeezed a little further out of the novice stage? 2) Is it okay to use double progression for isolation movements in the novice phase, despite it being recommended that wave loading is more appropriate? Thanks. I hope this finds you well

how do you feel mentally energywise with all these carbs?
@nads78653 жыл бұрын
Gaining a quarter inch in the arms is really impressive without weight gain. The diet looks miserable, but if I needed 3,500 calories to bulk I would probably end up doing the same thing.

That's just 22.7 kg dumbbells in each hand curled. It's very easy. Lots of people do it. Pretty sure you can too if you've worked out for even 2 to 3 years.
