I think you should include a sound test at 0+ decibels so we know how they actual sound or add a +15 decibel recording of a non silent switch so we can gauge the difference between a silent and non silent switch. I see comments that say they sound more silent then this test shows. I don't see the point of the sound test if it's amplfied and not close to actual use sound. Otherwise, I like the information and comparisons. Thanks

Finally! A great detailed review on these silent switches. I got to try the Midnight Pro from the Kailh switch tester (except for the Kailh Deep Sea Silent Tactile Whale switches which I bought separately). Would you know where to buy springs that are compatible with Kailh's narrower diameter spring? I notice theirs are 3mm diameter. Love the switches but need a lighter weight.

How would the Sea Salt switches compare to JWK / Silent Alpacas? Can you compare friend?

thanks for the review! question though, does these kailh silents feel mushy at all? if so, which one's less mushy, the deep sea or the midnight?
@TechCritter5 ай бұрын
Less mushy - definitely the Midnight Pro since it has less dampeners inside.

Did you lube them? I have new deep sea tactile switches and am wondering if I should lube them. Thoughts?
@TechCritterАй бұрын
Don't really need to lube them. I lubed the original deep sea switch and it was a total waste of effort.

@@TechCritter I'll prob skip lubing them then! Thanks for the info!
