Very very Nicely done! I saw other videos where they haven't explained why transistor Q4 is not turning on( using simple logics it seems that Q4 is also ON)

Because this is the voltage required to forward bias the base emitter Junction (that is a PN Junction) which is approximately equal to the voltage across depletion layer. You may also refer videos about PN Junction Diode and depletion layer in Semiconductor Diode Playlist for better understanding.

@@TechGurukul so far we are dealing with digital ckts but not analog ckts, then what is necessacity of active region of transistor? And also what are the conditions of saying that transistor is in inactive region?

@@hrithiksamala1729 There is no need of considering Active region in digital circuit as we simply need logic 0 or 1. As mentioned earlier, saturated bipolar logic families consider only saturation for ON and cutoff for OFF.

To turn ON transistor, VBE required is 0.6V to 0.8V, sir has assumed as 0.65V

Sushma Sharma when T2 is off. T3 also in off state and current flows through T4 and diode will be forward bias. Please go through the Lecture, each step is explained.
