These ideas work on small scale businesses, you're right but larger corporations have rules and practices to prevent lawsuits, so to control the operations of the business within leagal standards, ya know?

That right there is stylish! I hate how the elderly always make excuses to their sloppy look, they always use their age as an excuse and nothing but it! Don't complain when younger people critisize your looks because of your age because that's what your are using when ever you don't want to put effort!

Part of that is that this footage was worked on by someone who knows how to color grade footage as well. Not to take anything away from her style, because it was on point, but color grading footage can really effect how you feel while watching it.

That’s a good observation. I will never understand what makes people who clearly don’t take care of their appearance either place a excessively colourful scaffolding on their noses or die their hair in ridiculous colours. It doesn’t improve ANYONE’s appearance! This here is a lady and I bet she always looked great.

I couldn’t agree more. As we all know, building a company that fosters a positive and enjoyable work environment is vital as it not only boosts employee engagement, talent attraction, and retention but also cultivates a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction. Such workplaces earn a strong reputation, prioritize employee well-being and development, align with ethical values, and often outperform financially, while also reducing legal risks, collectively contributing to the company's long-term success and sustainability.

Change can be also a disaster. When systems change, merge or go obsolete, for example, in hospitals, things will get chaotic. People don't get training, no one knows how things work, there are bugs, there are downtimes... Changes works somewhat painlessly in small companies, but in large companies? It's difficult and painful.

What about making the person leader who is the one with the most credibility and authority (not power, authority!) amongst the people they're about to lead? Quota queens and power-sucking narcissist "alphas" are the worst You can do for the performance of a customer-oriented company. Putting people in charge because they sport an XX chromosome set is a NoNo.

Their misconception of the earth is that they never thought the earth is a part of simething bigger, because we humans, thought that earth is yet the largest playground they ever stepped on. That's why they never consider other living organisms to exist on the other side. Its just a small playground to something that's what i'm sure of.

I have Aphasia it's a condition that robs you of the ability to communicate. It can affect your ability to speak, write and understand language, both verbal and written. I understand the demands that have been put on you by work and your home life. They are an insistent and peremptory request, made as if it right to demand it of you. Like if you have no say in the matter. They wish you work hard and meet high standards. To fulfill, there need to have a variety and diverse lifestyle. Their demand is full of denoting a type of behavior and personality characterized by indirect resistance to the requirements of others and an avoidance of direct confrontation, as in procrastinating, pouting, and misplacing essential materials. They have a variety and diverse tactics of passive-aggressive. They avoidance extended contact and due to their lack of confidence, shame, guilt and a host of other negative emotions. They try to get you to fulfill their need to not feel less than and there need to be better then. In the work involvement, they will have as many people around you just like them. Have you seen friends and family members try these same tactics in their life? This tactic has been futile with you and counterproductive. Throughout history, the true slave was the master. The enslaved master thought less of them self and surrounded themselves with others that thought less of them self. The enslaved master intolerance toward those who hold different opinions of oneself. As the years pass the enslaved master became freer from there less them belief system of self. Have you noticed that equal right was about freeing the enslaved master from their diminished capacity system to believe in oneself fully? The free thinkers that have acceptance of oneself share their values of acceptance fully in all they do and say. Investing in oneself fully and complete is the only way to free the enslaved master. They will see you and hear you in all that you do. You will be showing them you can and know they can be free from their enslaved mentality. Thank you for investing in yourself fully and completely.

So if you walk in the door and say that everyone is going to take a hard right, and then take a hard left, and everyone just does it without giving any feedback, how do you know that you are making the right decision? If you get nothing but negative and cautionary feedback, do you still plow ahead, even if you run the company into the ground? You can't have it both ways.

Adults also can take advantage of lenient policies...employees need structure to succeed. ..humans are different. ..employees are employees and not owners...they need structure and rules ... I am a business owner...not an employee..so i can be creative...a lot of people just want a steady paycheck and rules and structure..I guess you can have owner-employees but then you have to pay for their independent thinking. .

I agree with lillmango. People didn't think that personal computers would be useful, but Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Steve Wozniak had a different idea. Those folks were once just a few crazy kids in a garage. Everyone has the opportunity to change the world. The only question is if you have the guts to do it.
