Before seeing the solution: Let’s assume that the next arrow can be represented by the variable nextarrow, and that nextarrow is only assigned a value for a single loop cycle. Carsoffset = 0 while true: if nextarrow.direction == “right”: Carsoffset -= 1 else if nextarrow.direction == “left”: Carsoffset += 1 if Carsoffset == 10: Button.push() break Edit: nice I got it

Its not a wrong answer. 1) Set counter = 10, loop till 0; 2) Set counter = 0, loop till 10 with left as ++, right as --; 3) Set counter = 0, loop till -10. They all works, but for code readability, some may prefer to set the variable name as distance, and loop from 10 to 0

What do you think about my ending? Ethic and Hedge find all the other artifacts and get two more visions, which describe that their world-shaking inventions included robots who could analyze the situations by themselves and carry out functions on their own using AI. And all was fine until they became intelligent enough to think why should they be taking orders. They trapped everyone in an alternate reality by manipulating their memories, even Ethic and robots like Hedge. Fortunately, just before Ethic's memory was erased, she put some loopholes in the virtual reality and created the three artifacts to help her revive her memory in fragments. After realising this, she disables the robots and wakes everyone up, only to discover that this was a test created by the government using her own help to identify the best programmers, because in reality, the same thing had happened (the robots took over the government )! :D

oh btw here's what the code would look like if it was Lua nodePos = -10 while nodePos ~= 0 do if trainMoveLeft then nodePos = nodePos + 1 elseif trainMoveRight then nodePos = nodePos + 1 elseif nodePos = 0 then pressButton() end end I seriously have nothing else to do
